CONFIRMED CUSTOMER PROGRAM / MICHIGAN-BASED PPE CUSTOMER

A Michigan-based PPE giant needed anti-grease leather gloves.

DMP's work on this program brings together pearl-grain goatskin, anti-grease leather, cut-resistant construction, fit, stitching, and a breathable high-visibility back of hand. These archive close-ups show the actual sample, not a generated concept.

THE DMP MATERIAL ADVANTAGE

Craftsmanship starts
before the stitch.

Glove performance does not begin at the sewing line. Our leather and glove knowledge lets us discuss the hazard, intended use, and end user first—then adjust the material and construction around the protection the application requires.

01

Material judgment

We look at thickness, finish, temper, and feel before the product is cut.

02

Hands-on making

Patterns, stitching, components, and finishing are reviewed as part of one product.

03

Clear approval points

The approved sample and written specification keep the work practical and accountable.

PART OF DMP SOLUTIONS

The leather sets
the character of the glove.

Thickness, finish, softness, and material selection give us a starting point for a better product conversation before the first piece is cut.

SMALL DETAILS, PRACTICAL DIFFERENCES

Agree the material.
Then check the sample.

Leather thickness affects how a glove feels, moves, and wears. We discuss it alongside softness, finish, and construction, then review the physical sample against the agreed specification.

These working photographs show the practical checks behind product development.

01

Start with the leather

Select species, grade, thickness, temper, grain or split construction, color, and finish around the intended product.

  • Thickness and softness
  • Surface finish and grip
  • Water- and oil-resistant options
02

Build the protection system

Combine the base material with application-specific components and protective constructions.

  • Cut-resistant, thermal, and arc-flash-focused systems
  • Impact and anti-vibration technologies
  • Kevlar®/para-aramid, Nomex® and aluminized materials
03

Engineer the complete glove

Balance protection with fit, dexterity, durability, reinforcement, cuff design, branding, and packaging.

  • Hazard-led product development
  • Physical samples and approvals
  • Testing requirements agreed by application

FASTER CONCEPT ALIGNMENT

See the direction before committing to a sample.

We use digital tools—including AI-assisted visualization when it helps—to explore colors, branding, features, and construction ideas earlier. Every visual is treated as a concept. The approved physical sample and written specification remain the production standard.

ABOUT DMP SOLUTIONS

Experienced hands.
One clear conversation.

Atlanta, GeorgiaCustomer coordinationPakistanManufacturing & supply

DMP Solutions is the customer-facing connection across product development, DMP LËATHER®, custom glove manufacturing, protective apparel, and supply coordination. We work with glove companies, safety brands, distributors, and leather retailers.

DMP Solutions draws on three generations of family experience in leather and glove manufacturing. Our grandfather began this work in Pakistan, our father continued it, and today we carry that knowledge forward through DMP Solutions. That experience helps us move the conversation beyond a generic product and toward the actual hazard, user, and application.

With customer coordination in Atlanta and manufacturing resources in Pakistan, customers have one point of contact from the first development discussion through sampling, production, quality review, and shipment.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Have a different question?
Talk to our team.

Can you manufacture gloves under our brand?

Yes. DMP manufactures custom private-label gloves. We work from your product reference or specification and discuss materials, construction, sizing, labels, and packaging during development.

Can we buy leather without ordering finished gloves?

Yes. DMP LËATHER® operates through DMP Solutions and supplies finished leather to glove manufacturers and leather retailers. Tell us the species, thickness, finish, color, performance needs, and quantity you require.

How does your leather experience improve a glove?

We can address the material before glove construction begins—adjusting thickness, feel, finish, and application-specific properties—then combine it with the right reinforcement, lining, and protective materials. The complete product still has to be tested against the standards required for its intended use.

Do you use digital or AI-generated product mockups?

When useful, we use digital and AI-assisted concept visualization to explore branding, color, construction, and placement earlier. Mockups are clearly treated as concepts; physical samples, specifications, and testing—not an image—control production approval.

Who can use your product inspection service?

Our product inspection service is available only to customers based in Pakistan. Contact us with the product, location, quantity, and checks you need so we can confirm the scope and availability.

What are your minimum quantities and lead times?

These depend on the product, materials, customization, and order size. We confirm quantities, sample timing, production timing, and pricing after reviewing your requirements; there is no one-size-fits-all promise.

What should we send for an initial discussion?

A reference photo or specification is a helpful start. Include your company, intended use, estimated quantity, size range, branding needs, and target delivery date. Detailed drawings are not required to begin a conversation.
