01
What can an inspection cover?
The inspection should answer a defined set of questions. Depending on the product and agreed scope, checks may include:
Appearance, construction, workmanship, and visible defects
Measurements compared with your reference and agreed tolerances
Quantities and size assortments
Labels, packaging details, and packing quantities
02
Start with an agreed reference.
Send the product specification, reference sample or photos, and the points that matter to your decision. If measurements are required, identify the dimensions and tolerances. We confirm the checks, reporting, timing, and fees before booking.
03
Practical manufacturing context.
Drawing on three generations of family expertise, we bring hands-on leather and glove manufacturing knowledge to conversations about construction and material details. The photographs on this page illustrate working checks from our archive; the service provided for your order follows its separately agreed scope.
04
Know what the inspection establishes.
An inspection checks the agreed characteristics of the products reviewed. It does not replace laboratory testing or product certification, establish an untested safety rating, or guarantee every item in a shipment. Sampling and reporting arrangements are confirmed for the assignment.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Clear steps. Shared expectations.
01
Share the assignment
Provide your company’s Pakistan location, the product location, quantity, readiness date, and reference documents.
02
Confirm the scope
Agree which checks are needed, how products will be sampled, reporting requirements, timing, and fees.
03
Review the findings
Use the agreed inspection findings to support your next discussion with the supplier or production team.
INSPECTIONS / PROCESS OVERVIEW
How an inspection works.
Agree the scope, review the product, record the findings, and share the report. This illustrative walkthrough explains the process; the actual checks and sampling are agreed for each assignment.

A field-inspection dashboard follows four stages. The scope builder identifies the reference, checkpoints, sampling, and location. A measurement console organizes appearance, dimensions, quantity, labels, and packing. An evidence screen demonstrates how photo references, observations, and specification comparisons are recorded. A report mockup then moves through sharing, customer review, and an agreed next action. This is an illustrative workflow, not an actual inspection record or product certification. The service is for Pakistan-based customers only. Instrumental music; no spoken narration.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Before you get started.
Who can book an inspection?
This service is available only to customers based in Pakistan. We also need the product’s inspection location to confirm whether the assignment is within scope.
Can an overseas company book through this service?
The current inspection offering is limited to Pakistan-based customers. Overseas customers can contact DMP about glove manufacturing, apparel, or leather supply.
Do you inspect every item in an order?
Not automatically. Sampling, quantities reviewed, and inspection depth are agreed before the assignment. Tell us if you require a particular inspection method.
Is an inspection a safety certification?
No. Product inspection is not laboratory testing or certification. Protective performance claims require the appropriate testing and documentation for the relevant product.
How do we confirm availability and pricing?
Send the product type, quantity, inspection location, readiness date, required checks, and reporting needs. We review the assignment and confirm scope, timing, and fees before booking.
