DMP Solutions supports custom leather and flame-resistant apparel programs through our group manufacturing network. We work with brands and distributors on jackets, sleeves, aprons, and related garments, coordinating requirements from development through shipment preparation.

FROM OUR WORKING ARCHIVE
The material is part of the design.Color and hand feel, chosen for the garment.Grain and finish, agreed before production.
01
Develop the garment around the work.
Start with the wearer’s task, movement, exposure, and intended environment. We discuss coverage, fit, material weight, reinforcement, and practical features together so the garment is developed around how it will be used.
Leather and FR jackets
Protective sleeves and aprons
Application-specific combinations of leather and protective fabrics
Custom labels, packaging, colors, and size assortments
02
Materials and construction work together.
Leather, FR fabrics, protective linings, seams, closures, and reinforcement all contribute to the final garment. We discuss application-specific materials, including aramid and aluminized constructions where relevant, alongside fit and comfort. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the particular program.
03
Agree the required protection early.
Tell us which standards and performance requirements apply to your market and intended use. An FR fabric or protective material is not a certification for the complete garment. Testing requirements and supporting documentation are agreed as part of development before production.
04
Your brand, with clear approvals.
Physical samples give your team a chance to review measurements, fit, coverage, construction, labels, and finishing. Digital concepts can help explore a design, but the approved sample and written specification remain the production standard.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Clear steps. Shared expectations.
01
Describe the garment
Send a reference, intended use, coverage needs, size range, quantity, and required performance standards.
02
Review fit and details
Agree materials, measurements, construction, branding, and packaging through sample review.
03
Coordinate production
Confirm the specification, quality checkpoints, timing, and shipment requirements with the manufacturing team.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Before you get started.
Which garments can we discuss with DMP?
Our apparel offering includes leather and FR jackets, sleeves, aprons, and related protective garments through our group manufacturing network. Contact us about the specific garment you want to develop.
Can garments carry our own labels and packaging?
Yes. We discuss private-label branding, product labels, size assortments, and packaging during development and sample approval.
Are all products certified to the same safety standards?
No. Performance and certification are specific to the garment, its construction, and intended use. Required standards, testing, and documentation must be agreed for each program.
Can you help us choose between leather and FR fabric?
We can discuss material choices around the application, coverage, movement, and comfort requirements. Final selection is tied to the approved design and required product performance.
What determines order quantity and timing?
The garment, material availability, customization, size range, sampling, and testing requirements affect minimum quantities and lead times. We confirm these after reviewing the brief.
