FROM OUR WORKING ARCHIVE
Leather cut to the approved pattern.Construction guided by experienced hands.A finished glove in the work it was made for.
01
What can we manufacture?
We work on leather drivers, welding gloves, industrial work gloves, and specialty protective glove programs. Development starts with the work your customer performs and the protection, comfort, and dexterity they need.
Leather species, thickness, softness, finish, and color
Linings, reinforcement panels, cuffs, closures, and stitching
Application-specific cut, impact, thermal, and anti-vibration constructions
Your labels, branding, size assortment, and packaging
02
Leather expertise before the first stitch.
Our knowledge of leather and gloves has developed across three generations of our family, spanning more than 50 years. Through DMP Leather, we can discuss changes to the raw material before glove assembly begins. Thickness, finish, grip, and feel can affect the finished product as much as its pattern or reinforcement.
03
A sample defines the order.
A photograph can start a conversation, but it cannot approve a protective glove. We work through material selection, fit, construction, branding, and packaging with your team. The agreed physical sample and written specification guide production. Required safety claims depend on appropriate complete-product testing and documentation.
04
Experience across customer programs.
Our glove program buyers and development relationships include Kinco, Azusa Safety, and The Safety Zone. These relationships do not mean DMP manufactures every product sold by those companies.

GLOVE DEVELOPMENT / PROCESS OVERVIEW
How your glove program develops.
A simple walkthrough of the brief, material choices, sample approval, and production checks. The details are agreed around your product and its intended use.

Read the video description
An icon-led product-development film follows four distinct stages. The first connects end use, hazards, fit, and performance into one product brief. The second builds a material system from leather and finish, lining, reinforcement, cuff, and trim. The third uses a glove schematic, dimension callouts, and a sample-review panel. The last assembles a production specification and carries it through making, final checks, and packing. The graphics are illustrative and do not represent test results or a specific customer program. Instrumental music; no spoken narration.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Before you get started.
Can you put our brand on the gloves?
Yes. Private-label development can include your brand labels, colors, markings, packaging, and size assortment. These details are agreed during sampling.
Do we need a finished technical specification?
No. A reference glove or photo, intended use, and a description of what you want to improve are enough to begin. We help clarify the requirements before sampling and production approval.
Can you develop cut- and impact-resistant gloves?
We can discuss cut-resistant linings, protective fabrics, impact components, and other application-specific constructions. A performance rating must be supported by testing of the relevant finished product; it is not established by selecting a material alone.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
They depend on the glove, materials, customization, and order size. We confirm minimum quantities, sample timing, production timing, and pricing after reviewing your requirements.
Where are the gloves manufactured?
DMP coordinates customer requirements from Atlanta, Georgia, with manufacturing resources in Pakistan. We discuss the production arrangements for your program during development.
